We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Lead to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Frankfurt, Germany.
Take full ownership of the mechanical scope on a large-scale data centre construction project, leading delivery in line with programme milestones, budget controls, and quality expectations.
Mechanical Systems Delivery & Commissioning
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, cooling plant, pipework, and associated infrastructure, ensuring systems meet design intent and operational performance standards.
Design & Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with design consultants, BIM teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to manage interfaces, resolve technical issues, and ensure coordinated delivery across all disciplines.
Quality, Health & Safety & Compliance
Ensure all mechanical works are delivered in compliance with German regulations, project specifications, and health & safety requirements, maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety.
Team & Subcontractor Management
Lead, manage, and support mechanical engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on site, driving productivity, accountability, and a strong safety and quality culture.
Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (including Data Centres)
EU Passport or RTW in Germany is preferred
